Normal turn-around time for favors is 7 to 10 business days from the date of the order with an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Larger orders may require additional time. Please check with us if you are not sure about your order. We can not guarantee an order in less time. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and larger orders must be signed for.
We only ship to the 50 states. We regret that we can not ship to the Virgin Islands or overseas as we can not guarantee delivery. Alaska & Hawaii shipping charges vary. E-mail for rates. We only ship via USPS Priority Mail.
APO & FPO Addresses: We currectly do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Policy
At Favors by Dorinda, we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or any Candy Bar orders. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. This pertains solely to any hand-crafted gift items and not favors.
Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
For your own protection, please use a shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX or USPS Signature Confirmation, so that the items can be tracked. Be sure to have the items insured against damage. We will not issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. |
